Glenda Adams

Glenda Adams jointed the Summit Funding Advisors team in October of 2022 as SVP, Loan Production Manager/Business Development. Prior to this new role she was a VP, Director of Mortgage Banking for One American Bank from August 2021 until September 2022. In this role she was part of an executive management team tasked with launching a new mortgage division for One American Bank. She successfully hired and trained 16 Operational staff as well as 12 loan officers. In the early days Glenda was originating loans as part of the start up venture.

Prior to her tenure with One American Bank she was a VP, Senior Mortgage Banker with BankSouth Mortgage where she originated loans as part of a team of loan officers with a MSA partnering with a top Real Estate firm in Atlanta. Glenda joined BankSouth Mortgage in August of 2016 to head up the TPO Division of BankSouth Mortgage (BSM Direct). Before her tenure with BankSouth Mortgage, Glenda led the Mortgage Loan Production Division for Citizens First Bank in The Villages Florida for eight years. In this role she had direct reports of 12 Mortgage Loan Originators, 3 Loan Officer Assistants and 3 QAS (Quality Assurance Specialist). Prior to her tenure with Citizens First Bank she was the Eastern Divisional Manager for National City Mortgage in Atlanta for 22 years. Here she led an Operations Center for this top ten Lender of 186 Employees including 3 Area Sales Managers, 34 Account Executives, Account Coordinators, Secondary Marketing, Underwriting, Closing and Post Closing.

With over 30 years of mortgage experience behind her in, she has enjoyed exceptional sales and sales achievement awards as well as Operational awards and looks forward to bringing her Mortgage sales and operational expertise to Summit Funding Advisors.

She and her husband, David, live in Canton, GA with their fur kids dogs, Buddy and Baxter and Sammy (the cat). In this golf community she enjoys both golf and tennis.
