We will refinance qualifying customers’ loans into a lower interest rate with no repeat lender fees within 5 years of purchase.

Terms & Conditions

At the time of the refinance, Summit Funding Advisors will waive or credit the following fees for qualified borrowers:

  • Underwriting Fee

  • Processing Fee

  • Flood Determination

  • Tax Service Fee

  • One appraisal fee up to $500

  • Client must lock a purchase loan between 7/1/2023 and 12/31/2023.
